Basic Package

Quality Control: We conduct training sessions for cleaning staff to ensure consistent quality, by implementing a system for regular performance reviews and feedback, aiming for a 5-star service.
Flexible Scheduling: We provide a flexible cleaning schedule to accommodate varying check-in and check-out times (even on turnovers). We coordinate with cleaning services for on-demand, last-minute cleanings and/or emergencies.
Detailed Checklist: We have developed a comprehensive cleaning checklist for each room. (See “Cleaning checklist” at the end of the document)
Post Cleaning Inspection: We conduct thorough inspections after each cleaning, to rectify any issues or oversights in order to maintain the highest standards.
Supply Management: We maintain an organized inventory of cleaning supplies.
Eco-Friendly Options: We explore eco-friendly cleaning products to align with sustainability goals.

Technology Integration: We suggest exploring technology solutions for remote monitoring of property conditions, and implementing smart home technology for enhanced security and energy efficiency.

Regular Property Inspections: We provide monthly scheduled property inspections, checking for any signs of wear, damage, or necessary repairs. Using a standardized checklist for inspections and documenting the condition of each room, appliance, and property feature. This includes photo documentation to provide visual records.
Communication with Property Owner: We offer detailed inspection reports to the property owner, including recommendations for repairs or improvements, prioritizing maintenance needs.

Digital Inventory System: We have implemented a digital system for managing inventory that includes details such as item descriptions, quantities, and locations.
High-Value Items: We keep a separate record for high-value items, track their usage and implement security measures to avoid unnecessary damage.
Regular Checks and Restocking: We schedule regular inspections of inventory levels to identify items that are running low and initiate the restocking process.

Quotes & estimates: We present multiple options to the property owner for final decision-making, regarding maintenance, to ensure competitive rates.
Project Management: Considering a previous authorization from the owner, we oversee and coordinate maintenance projects from start to finish, scheduling maintenance tasks to minimize disruption for guests, and ensuring that work is completed within agreed-upon timelines.
Safety and Regulatory Compliance: We ensure safety and regulatory compliance by staying informed about local building codes, promptly addressing safety concerns, implementing necessary updates, and maintaining detailed documentation for property owners.
Systematic Approach: We have developed a systematic preventive maintenance plan with regular schedules for servicing of HVAC systems, water heaters, and other critical systems.
